Our close-knit management team is hiring an entry level Assistant Manager to assist, develop, and manage a team of entrepreneurs and a specified client within our portfolio.
The entry level Assistant Manager will be an exceptionally driven and motivated individual who can lead a sales focused team and drive revenue for the company and the client.
The entry level Assistant Manager will work closely with the executive managers in a thorough initial training as well as throughout their entire career in the firm.
We will train our new Assistant Manager in sales, customer acquisitions, client specifics, human resources, and financial operations.
Daily Responsibilities of the entry level Assistant Manager:
Engage with customers and clients in a sales-minded but still composed, upbeat, and honest mannerLead a team of associates at a variety of levels and set the standard in daily sales revenue, professionalism, and client knowledgeEncourage collaboration and entrepreneurship within the assistant management teamMap out surrounding cities and track other competitors within those areas to stay one step ahead of promotional dealsEstablish priorities and set a direction for the team to assist in meeting company goals and standardsDesired Qualities and Skills:
Must have a commitment to driving and achieving results in a fast-paced environmentMust have outstanding organizational and time management skillsPreferred sales experience in conjunction with a passion for leading teamsPreferred degree within a relative field pertaining to management, business, or marketingSalary:
$40,000 - $56,000 a year.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
