Receives, inspects, inventory, documents and shipments.
Oversees data system for storage and tracking of goods and shipments.
Communicates with suppliers, receivers, drivers and staff for smooth shipments.
Prepares, packages, documents and delivers outgoing materials.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ( _other duties may be assigned_ ):
Handles incoming and outgoing shipments Completes outbound deliveries using pre-designated software Ensures that rev and part numbers match each product prior to shipping Pulls, packs and ships finished goods Accurately verifies and processes customers' orders by matching quantities and types Handles shipment receiving duties by ensuring the right item has been received and not damaged Reports and replaces defective items prior to shipping Ensures that all transactions are recorded in company database Ensures that items are labeled and packed properly Confirms items are loaded onto shipment vehicle in a safe and timely manner Operates forklift to transport shipments within the facility Handles space arrangements for incoming shipments in the storage area Ensures the warehouse is cleaned and maintained at all times Coordinates monthly, year-end and general inventory procedures Completes daily, weekly and monthly reports Checks packaging weekly and communicates with the Production Manager Prints and schedules daily ASNs Schedules shipping and receiving activities Completes Purchase Orders for Tooling and Plating Helps source items for Tooling and Production KEY COMPETENCIES and ATTRIBUTES:

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of Manufacturing and/or Logistics experience is preferred Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) required Able to read, write and speak fluent English, with strong grammar and composition skills Ability to provide clear communication and feedback Ability to write simple correspondence Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations Job Type:
