Responsibilities Scheduling deliveries and dispatching delivery drivers on a timely basis Ensuring that the right parts are delivered to the right customer order with accuracy and speed.
Utilizing our NAPA Tracker tablet/computer program to disperse drivers efficiently and accurately.
Tracking and analyzing quality of delivery service using Delivery Management System Inspecting returned parts and cores and preparing them for return.
Maintaining the delivery vehicles and reporting to Management the need for car servicing, oil changes, etc.
