Are you a student who needs a part time job while going to school during the day? Maybe we would be a good fit for you! Hotel experience is not required.
What will a day look like for you? Assist guests with phone and in-person room reservations Welcome guests, check them in & out, distribute room keys and explain the hotel's amenities Process guest payments and assist with billing Respect guest's privacy and confidential information Listen, empathize and respond to guest's issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner Answer guest's questions regarding local restaurants and attractions.
Work with other staff departments to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel brand standards and accommodate guest's needs Enroll guests in the Rewards Program, understand and explain the value of the program.
Work as a team, communicate effectively and be kind.
Filing, copying, answering emails and light cleaning of the front desk and lobby area.
Assisting housekeeping with replenishing of needed items for their carts.
Sense of humor is not required but is preferred.
We are looking for:
Individuals with experience in customer service with excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Part Time to Start Flexibility for shift coverage Hours:
7AM-3PM & 3PM-11PM To note while we need both shifts, we currently have more of a demand for 3PM-11PM We are looking for applicants that are flexible on days of the week and availability to work both shifts when needed.
While we know it is difficult to ask for total open availability we are willing to consider all schedules of applicants if it is a good fit for both of us.
