Join the Highland Springs Ranch & Inn team for our celebrated Lavender Festival, a captivating event dedicated to all things lavender.
As part of our Food Court Staff, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' festival experience.
Surrounded by the scenic beauty of lavender fields and dazzling night lights, this role is perfect for those passionate about delivering exceptional service in a vibrant event setting.
Help us make our evening festival a memorable occasion for families with your contribution to our food and drink offerings.
Responsibilities:
Fulfilling guest orders with efficiency and accuracy.
Serving guests courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Arranging food items on trays and serving guests at the pick-up counter.
Maintaining a clean, neat, and well-stocked service area, ready to serve guests.
Keeping the guest dining area clean and inviting.
Schedule:
7-hour shifts, typically from 3 PM to 10 PM.
Evening shifts, Friday to Sunday.
Note:
In May, the schedule is likely to expand to 5 days a week.
Must have weekend availability.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred, but not mandatory.
Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to creating a positive guest experience.
