Summary:
The Replenishment Coordinator assists with the managing of product inventory including replenishment order processing and reconciliation of inventory.
They develop and maintain an open line of communication with inventory control, receiving, and production departments to meet inventory needs.
This position reports actual data for major programs and hot items to ensure adequate stock to meet future sales budgets and customer demand.
Essential Functions (Including but not limited to):
Analyzes data from multiple report sources to determine SKU velocity and active area assignments.
Maintains warehouse location life cycle by determining active and empty locations for ID assignment.
Assigns ID locations in WMS system and creates replenishment orders.
Organizes work responsibilities for DC Material Handlers for put away replenishment orders and order consolidation.
Works in conjunction with the Picking Department and Material Handlers to prioritize the processing of replenishment orders.
Assigns and assists with the reworking of product based on customer specifications (Ecommerce, Amazon, etc.
) to assure compliance.
Arranges and drives the prioritization of replenishment customer orders based on shipping needs and releases orders from hold status.
Communicates efficiently and effectively via email for departmental needs.
Performs other duties as assigned in support of the company needs and operations.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of replenishment and inventory control experience working in a warehouse setting or in logistics.
Previous PC based and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience required.
Ability to analyze SKU's at high level to determine business needs.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
) High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong English usage, reading, oral and written communication, organizational and Math skills required.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, be detail oriented and perform clerical duties with speed and accuracy without immediate and constant supervision.
Ability to maintain a positive working relationship with all co-workers within immediate department, other DC departments and to use good judgment in recognizing scope of authority.
