Shop Manager - Now Hiring

The ideal candidate will have proven work experience in a prior supervisory role.
This position will be responsible for coordinating workflow between the 3 Departments and Owners.
Pay Range:
Salary ($81,000 to $85,000) Job Type:

Monday to Friday (7am to 4pm)Work Location:
Beaumont, CA Essential Duties and Responsibilities o Review Timesheets and approve employee work hours for shop employeeso Maintain a weekly, daily, and monthly milestone schedule based on task hierarchy o Review all purchase orders for shop employeeso Inspect work logs and ensure employees are staying on tasko Point of Contact for any off-hour's items that may need to be resolvedo Prepares maintenance schedules for motor vehicles and heavy equipment; notifies drivers and operators when maintenance is to be performed.
o Maintains DOT maintenance and repair records for company vehicles and equipment.
o Oversees shop inventory, orders parts, shop supplies, and equipment.
o Ensures all applicable safety standards and regulations are followed in facility.
o Performs other related duties as assigned.
