We are looking for an experienced Shop Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have proven work experience in a prior supervisory role.
This position will be responsible for coordinating workflow between the 3 Departments and Owners.
Pay Range:
Salary ($81,000 to $85,000) Job Type:
Full-Time Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday (7am to 4pm)Work Location:
Beaumont, CAEssential Duties and Responsibilities o Review Timesheets and approve employee work hours for shop employeeso Maintain a weekly, daily, and monthly milestone schedule based on task hierarchy o Review all purchase orders for shop employeeso Inspect work logs and ensure employees are staying on tasko Point of Contact for any off-hour's items that may need to be resolvedo Prepares maintenance schedules for motor vehicles and heavy equipment; notifies drivers and operators when maintenance is to be performed.
o Maintains DOT maintenance and repair records for company vehicles and equipment.
o Oversees shop inventory, orders parts, shop supplies, and equipment.
o Ensures all applicable safety standards and regulations are followed in facility.
o Performs other related duties as assigned.
o Provide reports to managementTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The individual should possess:
o Must have 5 years of management experience (Required)o Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
o Excellent problem-solving skills.
o Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
o Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to maintain service record database and track inventory.
o Ability to read service and repair manuals.
o Ability to use hand and power tools.
o Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug testo Must have a valid Driver's Licenseo Establish a good working relationshipInterview Processo Step 1:
