We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator I to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have proven work experience in payroll and human resources.
This position will be responsible for providing support to payroll by auditing payroll timecards, travel reimbursements, and corresponding with employees and managers to ensure compliance.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide excellent customer service across the organization.
Pay Range:
$22.
00 to $27.

Full-Time Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)Work Location:
Beaumont, CAEssential Duties and Responsibilities Audit time keeping records to ensure completeness (signed, meal period taken, verify locations for clock in, and confirm overtime with approving manager).
Audit travel reimbursements submitted for compliance prior to payroll processingTracks attendance, approved leave of absences, and training logs.
Reviews Benefits for employees on Leaves and collects employees' portion of benefits.
Processes updates and changes submitted for HR and Benefits platformsAssist with benefits and 401k enrollmentsBack up for front deskAbility to always maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationPerforms other special projects as required.
