Summary:
As an Alumni Coordinator for Flyland Recovery Network (working at radar Recovery Center) your goal is to build a community around recovery.
You will build rapport with previous clients and hold them accountable as well as support them until they form a recovery network of their own.
Whether the focus is meetings, therapy, or medication compliance, part of your responsibility includes building them up to avoid the pitfalls of early recovery.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Strategic Planning and Execution:
o Implement a client centered approach with the goal of leaving a lasting impression upon them both while in treatment and after discharge.
Facilitating groups at the center and conducting follow-ups with former patients to track their progress or regression in recovery.
Collaborating with the other Alumni Coordinators and the VP of Patient Experience for event planning.
Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual events are mapped out with an allotted budget.
You will assist in content creation for Flyland's social media presence while utilizing various platforms for alumni outreach.
Some examples of this include but are not limited to the following:
Alumni spotlights, event promotion, and regular upkeep of the Flyland appearance on the alumni Facebook group page.
Learn how to navigate the different alumni tools such as:
Salesforce, Call Tracking Metrics, Embrk, and Kipu.
Alumni and Partnerships:
o Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with alumni, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to generate a steady stream of referrals.
Marketing and Branding:
o Oversee the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, print media, and direct marketing.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including website copy, brochures, newsletters, and press releases that effectively communicate the unique value proposition of Flyland.
Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
o Act as a liaison between the facility and their families while fostering open communication and collaboration to drive business growth.
o Provide exceptional customer service while promptly addressing client concerns and feedback as well as ensuring a positive experience throughout both the referral and admissions process.
Team Leadership:
o Be part of a team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to one another to ensure the achievement of individual and team objectives.
o Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and professional growth.
QUALIFICATIONS Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective communication strategies.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and KPIs.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance related to the recovery industry is a plus.
Current CPR Certification Excellent Leadership abilities, accountable for steering the team to success.
Adheres to the Association for Ambulatory Behavioral Healthcare Code of Ethics.
Ability to work as a team member and have management, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under stressful conditions and be flexible in relation to department needs.
Knowledge of State guidelines.
Demonstrates Proficiency in Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
Knowledge of State & Federal Statutes Regarding Patient Confidentiality Laws.
Knowledge of Drug-Free Workplace Policies and Procedures.
Knowledge of Workplace Violence.
