We strive to ensure our youth receive rewarding, high impact experiences from their adult leaders.
Applicants must be high energy and motivated, with a strong belief in being a positive role model for youth.
We are looking for Youth Development Professionals who have the ability to run different programs, as well as mentors with specific expertise/interests, such as art, graphic design, sports, cheer, dance, etc.
Candidates should be a strong role model who can effectively redirect and reinforce positive behavior, while maintaining a nurturing and caring disposition.
We offer training and are willing to work with employees new to Youth Development, as long as potential candidate holds a strong belief in being a positive role model to youth and the Boys & Girls Club mission.
The position is part time with hours ranging from 1:
50, 2:
30 and 2:
50 start times, depending on the school, until 6:
10p Monday through Friday and 1:
30 to 6:
10p on Wednesdays during the school year.
Some sites times may fluctuate slightly.
There are also potential morning shifts starting at 6:
30a lasting 1-2 hours that candidates may also apply for in conjunction with afternoon hours.

We are looking to fill positions at the elementary and middle school level.

Special talents and interests are not required, but are highly recommended.
We train all employees on Boys & Girls Club material and work to incorporate our employee's interests into programming.
This position requires Monday-Friday availability.
CPR is required at the employee's expense, but can be obtained within a week after the position has been offered and accepted.
The Boys & Girls Clubs of the San Gorgonio Pass requires that all employees submit a drug screening.
In addition to the drug test, employees will submit a background check, tb test and pass an Instructional Aide Test, which runs about an hour and is electronic.
The instructional test is not required if potential employee has a college transcript with 60 units or an AA degree or higher.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
