Summary:
The Inventory Clerk will be responsible for assigned duties delegated by Lead or Supervisor daily.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize duties, follow through on assignments with minimum direction and be detail oriented.
The Inventory Clerk should also have the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions (Including but not limited to):
Able to perform physical cycle counts of inventory.
Review and maintain cycle count program daily, as directed by lead or supervisor.
Research and address root cause for inventory transaction errors, shortages, research and reconcile inventory discrepancies by processing adjustments.
Answer inventory related emails and requests i.

, Sales, Ops, VP.
Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting Operational requests.
Process and send reports on a daily/weekly basis and conduct physical audits.
Support in releasing customer orders.
Able to work with people across multiple departments.
Perform any other duties as assigned in support of the company needs and operations.
Qualifications/Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2-5 years of warehouse experience, preferably in inventory.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Knowledge of modern office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques and office equipment along with strong organizational skills required.
Must be able to read and translate information, data, inventory lists, etc.

Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills required.
Ability to maintain a positive working relationship with all employees within the distribution center and to use good judgment in recognizing scope of authority.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, be detail oriented, maintain confidentiality, and perform duties with speed and accuracy without immediate and constant supervision.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis independently is required.
Power Equipment Certified (a plus).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
