Provide expert advice on travel destinations, taking into account factors like weather, culture, available excursions, and visa requirements.
Efficiently book travel appointments, manage fees and dues, and ensure all necessary documentation is in order for our valued clients.
Maintain professional relationships with travel suppliers, clients, and trip operators.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proficiency in English is a must; additional language skills are a valuable bonus.
A deep understanding of various social media platforms, as well as proficiency in Zoom.
Precision and exceptional organizational skills are your strong suit.
Problem-solving prowess and effective communication with colleagues come naturally to you.
Quick adaptation to various computer software programs, with a preference for experience across a broad range of applications.
A knack for multitasking and adept prioritization of tasks.
Education and Experience Requirements:

years of customer service experience a plus A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
Previous experience as a travel agent is a plus.
Access to a laptop/smartphone and a stable internet connection is a must.
