As a Sales Advocate for Cricket Wireless, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and promote the products and services offered by Cricket Wireless.
You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable wireless plans, devices, and accessories.
Your role will involve building relationships with customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Additionally, you will actively contribute to achieving sales targets and maintaining a positive brand image for Cricket Wireless.
Your main objective will be to assist customers in finding the right wireless solutions that meet their communication needs.
By leveraging your knowledge of Cricket Wireless products and services, you will guide customers through the sales process, explaining features and benefits, addressing questions or concerns, and ultimately closing the sale.
Your responsibilities will include:

Contribute to the overall efficiency of store operations by accurately processing transactions, maintaining inventory levels, organizing displays, and ensuring a clean and inviting store environment.

General Duties:
The Sales Advocate will assist in the following areas; Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans and accessories in a fast-paced environment; Directly responsible for assisting new and existing customers; Handle customer situations and make equitable decisions for the customer and the company; Participate as a team player, constantly supporting other team members; Creating the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction; Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location sales goals; Deliver outstanding service striving to retain and gain customers; Participate in outside sales events or promotions; Perform daily opening and closing procedures, maintain store appearance, and help create a positive working environment; Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our no contract products meet those needs; Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals; Multi-task in a fast-paced team environment; Day to day store location Operations, must follow all SOP training guides and one-on-one training from Corporate Office, District and Regional Managers; Retention, ensuring a positive comfortable work environment; Engage in service selling and product knowledge to provide a world-class customer experience to their team and the wireless community; Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations; Set the tone for store culture and environment to ensure success in all aspects of sales and customer service; Ensure 100% completion of all required training upon hire, monthly and annually per cricket and Spacetel LLC wireless standards; for self and all staff; Master Velocity Training and Management program for personal growth and employee development; Ensure proper merchandising within store; including product placement, display and brand compliance per Cricket wireless standards; Thoroughly understands the Customer Service Guide and capable of dealing with customers in any situation encountered; Assure all store locations open timely according to store location hours; Follow all directives of District Managers, Regional Managers and Spacetel Corporate Office; Perform closing duties as part of your store daily checklist (including but not limited to locking all safes, doors, windows and ensuring the alarm system is activated); Achieve sales goals and service performance requirements through new customer sales, sales of accessories and features, and by providing excellent customer satisfaction; Must adhere to all SOP's and Policies and Procedures of Spacetel LLC and of Cricket Wireless; Consistently demonstrate a commitment to Spacetel LLC policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities; Positive Customer Service; always remember what Cricket stands for #STSA/Something to Smile About:

The successful candidate will be able to perform the following with or without reasonable accommodation:
Must adhere to all SOPs and Policies and Procedures of Spacetel LLC and of Cricket Wireless.
Financial Management-including safekeeping of monies and devices by following all Policies and Procedures including ensuring company assets are locked in a safe at all times.
Will not take money out of the store locations for any reason at any time (will not send any money/wire transfers, example Western Union or MoneyGram with store monies or assets); Inventory Management, ensuring all inventory is secured and accounted for; Ensuring proper time management; checking and validating clock in/outs on a daily basis (will submit time card fixes/regularizations, submit leave requests for all leaves, late arrivals, depart early outside of scheduled shift); Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, peak retail selling periods and holidays; Able to meet the requirement to work full hours on (at minimum) two weekends of a month; Able to travel and work in other locations of Spacetel LLC; Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 10-25 pounds; Ability to complete all paperwork completely, accurately and in a timely manner; Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, point of sale system, copier and fax; Complete all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written and oral procedures; Regular physical activity will be required; setting up promotional material, changing out displays, etc.
; Submit all end of day sales transactions on a daily basis; Ensuring all inventory is secured and accounted for and follows the operations standard of procedures; Any other reasonable work-related requests; Maintain a clean and presentable working environment; Ensure all required Cricket and Spacetel LLC trainings are completed on time; Have an understanding and knowledge of all Cricket materials and keep up to date with new promos; Communicate opportunities and problems that upper management needs to be made aware of; Help conduct inventory serial number checks; Monitor company promo changes and respond timely to company email; Work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate may be required; Assists with inventory maintenance Proficient use of PC software (MS Office preferred) and point of sales systems
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in retail, preferably in the wireless industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising principles.
Familiarity with marketing strategies and community engagement initiatives.
Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale software.
