We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Daycare Teacher to join our team.
As a Daycare Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children while promoting their physical, emotional, and intellectual development.
This is a full-time position.
Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans to stimulate children's learning and development - Create a positive and inclusive ok classroom environment that encourages active participation and engagement - Provide individualized attention and support to each child based on their unique needs and abilities - Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns - Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by following established health and safety guidelines - Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, including meal times, nap times, and playtime - Assist with toilet training, diaper changes, and other personal care tasks as needed - Collaborate with other daycare staff to maintain a clean and organized classroom environment Skills:
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare, classroom, or nannying setting - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Familiarity with behavior management techniques for young children - Ability to create engaging lesson plans and educational activities - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues - First aid certification is preferred but not required We offer competitive pay based on experience.
