We are currently seeking a Full-time Adult Residential Facility Administrator, with 2 or more years' experience to support staff working in our group home serving adults with behavioral complexities.
The Adult Residential Facility Administrator will manage the day-to-day operations of the adult facility in compliance with regulatory requirements and will develop, implement and manage specialized residential services tailored to each resident's strengths, challenges, interests, and goals.
The ARF Administrator will direct milieu staff to provide high-quality services to the individuals we serve.
In this role, you will ensure that a structured program is routinely implemented.
This is an exempt position directly supervised by the Chief Operating Officer/Administrator.
ARF Administrator Job Duties:
Promotes the health, safety, and well-being of residents.
Ensures the health and safety of residents.
Supervises service coordination of designated residents.
Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with residents.
Oversees quality assurance of residential care program.
Maintain appropriate staffing for the facility and generates schedules.
Evaluates staff training needs and establish training schedules.
Coordinate supervision and transportation for residents' medical appointments.
Supervise and assist residents.
Oversees and manages risk management and continuous quality improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Require an Adult Residential Facility Administrator Certificate issued by the State of California Require a degree from an accredited college or university Require 2 or more years of experience working in an ARF residential setting.
Require Direct Support Professional I & II Certifications.
Require 2 years of experience working as a Direct Support Professional.
CPI Certified First Aid/AED/CPR Card Require a current and valid CA driver's license and a minimum of three (3) years of driving record acceptable to the agency's insurance carrier as the position requires transportation of clients using agency vehicles.
Complete a minimum of 40 hours of continuing education in core knowledge during the two-year recertification period.
Salary Competitive salary - $59,200.
00 - $67,200.
